MOW or Mill On Wheels is the largest mobile olive mill in the world, capable of processing up to 2 tons/hr. It is a full service mobile olive pressing operation.  State-of-the-art equipment allows olive pressing or milling at any location. 

MOW removes guess work and hassle out of annual olive processing work by bringing the mill, processing equipment, and mill experts to your farm.  Olive oil that is processed on-site is higher quality due to shortened time between harvest and milling. 

MOW allows olive farms with smaller crops to press on site. That avoids the costs of bin rental and transportation to a pressing facility and can reduce processing costs per bottle.

MOW is licensed by the California Health Department. In addition, it is a certified organic handler through Kitehawk Farm by CCOF to help organic olive farms produce certified organic olive oil.
